19 February 2015 Tirumala: Rajya Sabha Chairman Dr T.Subburami Reddy congratulate Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Executive Officer Dr D.Samba Siva Rao and Joint Executive Officer Tirumala Mr.K.S.Sreenivasa Raju for their pro-pilgrim measures.
The 15 member sub-ordinate legislature committee arrived Tirumala on Thursday evening and visited annaprasadam complex, laddu Potu, cottages. Later talking to media persons outside the temple, Mr.Subburami Reddy mentioned, the temple administration of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is doing commendable job in offering problem free darshan, clear and tidy lodging, hygienic free annaprasadam and tasty laddu with excessive standards. “Today ttd prepares round 2.75lakh laddus each day for the sake of multitude of visiting pilgrims with properly streamlined technology.
Mr.Reddy stated, when I was the chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam then about Twenty Five thousand pilgrims used to have free meals but right now with the emergence of large Annaprasada Bhavan, not lower than Sixty thousand pilgrims are consuming free meals, he maintained. He additionally complimented the way in which Rs.50 cottages are properly maintained by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.
Tirumala Jeo Mr.K.S.Sreenivasa Raju, Se II Mr.Ramesh reddy, Acvso Mr.Siva kumar Reddy and others were also present.
