The TTDs temple administration has made all plans to celebrate the celestial Birth Day of Bhoga Srinivasa Murthy in Tirumala hill temple on 30 of May.
Every year in the month of Jyeshta, in Krishna Paksham, on the favorable day of Chavithi, in the appearance of Sravana Nakshatram, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam performs Special Sahasra Kalasabhishekam to Bhoga Srinivasa murthy.

This silver idol was presented to the temple by a Pallava Queen “Saama Vaayi” in 614 A.D.to Tirumala Shrine. The inscription related to this statue can be seen on the wall below Vimana Venkateswara Shrine in the first Prakaram. This silver idol is part of the Pancha beras and this is known as ‘kautuka murthy’ in Agamic terminology.
TTD performs Special Sahasra Kalasabhishekam to Bhoga Srinivasa Murthy in Ekantham between 6.00 am to 8.00 am. The daily rituals will follow after the completion of this special sahasra kalasabhishekam.
