Dr D Sambasiva Rao TTD Executive officer has instructed the HODS of respective departments to wear Thirunamam besides the devotees and all the other employees should also get inspired to wear the Thirunamam.
The TTD EO said that at the PAC IV reviewed for the preparation of Brahmotsavam there is a supply of necessary dressing materials which is needed for Thirunamam will be placed at all the locations.
In the review he also commanded Dr,Sermista the Health officer to make better and enhance the hygiene and sanitation for the benefits of the devotees at the hill and also to commanded the engineering officials to nourish the drainage system to avoid the stagnation rain water around the srivari temple.
He also commanded the medical staff to utilize the 10 ambulances stationed for the emergency needed to the devotees and there should be continues supply of laddus at the counter and also directed to provide mats, bed sheets etc… With the concern for the devotees comfort in the Bhakta Nivas (PAC-4).
The Executive officer inspected the monitoring activities of (ccc) common command control and the cc camera across the tirumala. And also instructed the CCC to report immediately to the higher officials on the grievances of devotees to help and resolve them. In this meeting the head officers like TTD Chief Engineer Sri Chandra shekar Reddy and some other division heads attended this meeting to complete successfully.
