Tirupati, 26/09/16: TTD Executive Officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao has directed the Engineering wing to rearrange additional amenities together with Jalaprasadam units, the lighting facilities, and also boars that show the call centre and the toll free numbers etc. in each the path routes for the advantage of the pedestrian pilgrims.
During this meeting the senior officers gathered at the chambers in Tirupati on weekday that is on 26th, the EO ordered all the engineering officers to finish all the unfinished civil works together with the development of the walls around the Appalayagunta, Vahana Mandapam in Kapilateertham, Pushkarini in Devunikadapa etc.
The Executive Officer also mentioned that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam vigilance must co-ordinate with the police for the arrangements that are necessary for parking the vehicles of the pilgrims at Alipiri and Srivari Mettu throughout the brahmotsavam celebrations.
Later he also explained the technical staff in IT labs of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam academic institutions to upgrade all the old systems with the latest systems.
“The Sapthagiri edition must be sent to all the subscribers on time and they must be informed about the despatch through a text message. The call centre number and the toll free numbers are to be displayed in the SVBC for a greater publicity, he added.
Later the EO conjointly reviewed on the cultural programmes with numerous project heads that are going to take place during the Brahmotsavams.
Tirupati Joint Executive Officer Sri P Bhaskar, and the Special Officer Sri N Muktheswara Rao, and the FACAO Sri O Balaji and other important officers also attended the meeting.
