Sri Yogananda Lakshminarasimha Swamy, Vedadri:
The Vedadri Narasimha Swamy temple is located on the river Krishna about 10 km from Jaggaiahpeta town and 18 km from Sri Tirupatamma Ammavari Temple, Penuganchiprolu. The main deity of Vedadri Narasimha Swamy temple is Yogananda Lakshmi Narasihma Swamy varu.

The significance of the temple is that the Lord can be found in five different forms or Pancha Narasimha Moorthy. These forms include Jwala Narasimha on Vedasikhara of the mountains, Salagrama Narasimha in River Krishna, Yogananda Narasimha erected by sage Rishya Sringa, Lakshmi Narasimhar on his own peetam and Veera Narasimha on Garudadri present 5 km east to Vedadri.

Sri Venkateswara Swamy Varu, Tirumalagiri:
The temple is situated 9 km from Sri Tirupatamma Ammavari Temple, Penuganchiprolu. It is a very unusual temple where Lord Venkateswara is worshipped. The deity is known as Swayambu Valmikodbhava Sri Venkateswara Swamy Varu. The deity is present on the top of a hill. The deity is manifested in a stone image and there is a big anthill behind the deity. There are four temples of Sri Anjaneya Swamiji that are located nearby in the Tirumalagiri Hills. Several devotees are attracted to this pilgrim area.

Sri Mukteswara Swamy Vari Temple, Muktyala:
The temple is situated 30 km from Sri Tirupatamma Ammavari Temple, Penuganchiprolu. The Antiquity of this kshetra dates back to Tretayuga. It is believed that Sri Rama and his wife Sita visited the temple or tirtha kshetra. They worshipped Spatica Lingam installed by Bali Chakravarthy. In this region, the river Krishna flows towards the north instead of the usual east. Thus the sanctity is immense so people who commit sins knowingly or unknowingly take baths to cleanse their souls. In the temple, there is a very unique feature that is linking Tretayuga with Kaliyuga. According to the legends, Viswakarma had built a golden temple when he realised its sacrosanct glory. Krishna Mahatya praised the episode of Bali Chakravarthi’s installing crystal lingam that is still worshipped in the Mukteswara temple.

The Bagwan or God’s shrine is very ancient. It was endowed lavishly by the ruling princes. The Sthalapurana mentions that the temple was constructed by a devout king Narasimha Padmanabha who belonged to the Aitreya dynasty. After enjoying his liberal royal patronage the temple was architecturally imposing in dimensions and sculpturally enticing. There are many inscriptions testifying to its splendid past. Mother’s icon is superbly sculptured. Her pleasant facial features are so attractive that she wins the admiration of all visitors. Every day puja is offered to Satwika and to the Mother icon known as Madhura Ahara Priya.

The temple is situated 40 km from Sri Tirupatamma Ammavari Temple, Penuganchiprolu. Lord Venu Gopala Swamy is Swayambhu here. The temple attracts several thousands of devotees every year. There are many rituals that are performed here as per Vaikhanasa Agama.
