About Boise ISKCON Temple:
The Boise Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple is near Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, United States and this Vedic Cultural Center was started in 1986. A new temple wsa constructed and opened by Boise Mayor Brent Coles in August, 1999. Architect Bruce Poe has designed this Iskcon temple and he is from Boise city.
Sri Sri Radha-Bankebihari are the presiding deities in this Iskcon temple. The south side of the temple is a stained glass window created by Meridian artist Michael Booth which highlight the “Ten Incarnations.” The hand carved teakwood altar are from Jaipur India. The golden dome, painted ceiling and rich stained glass windows were all crafted by local master artists
