Cheruvathur Sri Mahadeva Temple is located in the town of Kunnamkulam, Thrissur, Kerala. The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Shiva, located in the main sanctuary of the sanatorium, facing east. The temple is spread over a vast land and houses a circular Sreekovil with a small Namaskara Mandapa in the front. A big Balikallu (sacrificial stone) and a temple pond is also found within the temple complex.
