Q. How do I check my booking details?All the services transactions are available under the ‘Booking History’ tab for a registered user Q. Will, I receive an SMS or e-mail notification after booking Seva or Darsanam or Accommodation?YES, a registered user will receive a text message (SMS) and an e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address for all successful and failed transactions. For all successful bookings, an acknowledgment receipt or online ticket will be e-mailed to the registered user Note:If a registered user books any of the services for others, then notifications will be sent to their (For whom the booking is done) mobiles directly. The notifications include SMS and e-mail. |
Refunds or Postponement or Advancement or Cancellation |
Q. How do I get my refunds?Refunds initiation is at the discretion of TMS. Refunds shall be initiated only for failed transactions. Q. What is Seva?A pilgrim can avail Sevas of Deity of various temples under AP Endowments Department by booking ‘Seva’ tickets well-in advance through https://www.tms.ap.gov.in Q. Is there any restriction to book Seva?Seva booking will be allowed only after 15 days from the last or recent online booking date. Q. What is the dress code to perform Seva?All the Sevas require the pilgrim to adhere to traditional dressing norms Male: Dhoti around the waist and Shirt or Uttariya (upper cloth) on the shoulder of Pyjama. Female: Saree or half-Saree with a blouse or Chudidar with Pyjama and upper cloth. Q. What needs to be carried before performing a Seva?1. Pilgrim(s) should come with an Online ticket printout, Original Photo ID proof (the same proof which was submitted during booking Seva). It applies to the accompanying pilgrims also. Q. How many persons are allowed to perform a Seva?For most of Seva’s: A minimum of one and maximum of no. persons, as mentioned in Seva ticket, are allowed. Children below 10 years can accompany primary pilgrim to avail a Seva without any ticket For some Sevas: Only a married couple is allowed. Children below 10 years can accompany primary pilgrims to avail a Seva without any ticket. Note: However, this is subjected to change if there is a need. Q. Is a pilgrim allowed to avail Darsanam after performing a Seva (any Seva)?Yes, a pilgrim can avail Darsanam after performing a Seva successfully. |

Q. What is Darsanam?A pilgrim can avail the Darsanam of Deity of various temples under AP Endowments Department by booking ‘Darsanam’ tickets well-in advance through https://www.tms.ap.gov.in Q. Is there any restriction to book Darsanam?There is no such restriction for booking Darsanam. A registered user or others if booked by a registered user, can avail Darsanam any day subject to its availability, however, limited to ONE transaction per day. Pilgrims can book Darsanam tickets up to 12 hours before the Darsanam commences for a given time slot. Please check Darsanam slots to know the availability. Q. What is the reporting location and reporting time to avail Darsanam?Pilgrims are advised to report at respective temple Darsanam ticket line. The reporting time will be mentioned in the receipt. In general, it is the time slot selected while booking Darsanam. However, TMS / Respective temple reserves rights to change the reporting time and location at temple, if needed. Q. What is the Dress code to avail Darsanam?Pilgrims should adhere to traditional dressing norms Male: Dhoti around the waist and Shirt or Uttariyam (upper cloth) on the shoulder or Pyjama. Female: Saree or half-Saree with a blouse or Chudidar with Pyjama and upper cloth. Q. A registered user can do ONE transaction in a day. Q. What are the types of Darsanam?Darsanam is broadly classified into the following types:

Accommodation |
1Q. What is Accommodation?A pilgrim can avail the accommodation in the respective temple by booking ‘Accommodation’ well- in advance (90 Days) through TMS https://www.tms.ap.gov.in 2Q. Is there any restriction to book Accommodation?Pilgrim can book Accommodation, minimum of 1 day in advance and a maximum of 90 days. A registered user can book Accommodation only after 15 days of the last availed accommodation date. Accommodation in respected temple areas not be provided for a single (one) person. 3Q. How many persons are allowed to avail accommodation?To avail accommodation, minimum 2 persons are needed. The number of persons will vary based on Accommodation fare. 4Q. What needs to be carried for availing an accommodation?Pilgrim(s) should come with a printout of online receipt, original photo ID proof (the same proof which was submitted during booking an accommodation) for Primary pilgrims. 5Q. How should I avail Accommodation in the respective temple?Please carry your Accommodation printed receipt and approach the temple counter. You will get an accommodation slip with Rooms details. To get the keys and avail of accommodation, ensure you reach that particular room within an hour of receiving the accommodation. The keys will be given at the inquiry office of that particular accommodation. Note:
6Q. Where should I collect the Caution Deposit amount?The caution deposit should be collected from Caution Deposit Counters located at the respective temples. The booking Id and ID proof shall be taken into consideration to refund the caution deposit. However, the caution deposit will be refunded to the same person (primary pilgrim) whose ID proof have been considered while allocating a room. |
Hundi |
1Q. Who can offer their contribution to Hundi?Hundi offerings can be given by both registered and non-registered users. 2Q. What is the amount limit for Hundi?Hundi offerings are accepted in Indian Rupees only from a minimum of Rs.1 without any maximum limit. 3Q. Do I get privileges for offerings towards Hundi?No privileges are given for Hundi offerings. |
Donation |
Donations made are accepted towards trusts or schemes. With a view to ease the process of making donations and availing privileges, the following are the highlights to be noted:
Process for creating a new donor:An online donation can be made through the TMS Portal if you are a registered donor. To create a new donor: 1. Register on the website with a valid email ID. After logging in to the website, navigate to Donation Tab on the Services page to donate and complete the donation process. The Acknowledgement receipt appears immediately after a successful transaction. Note :
