DesignationBegin after bathing, ideally during Brahma Muhurta (the hour before sunrise — between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM). Sit in a comfortable position facing east. Light a lamp or incense if possible. Chant or listen to each shloka with full devotion and a calm, open heart. You may chant each shloka 3, 11, or 21 times for deeper benefit. Even listening with focused attention — without chanting — is believed to carry the same divine blessings.
