16 -03 – 2016, Tirupati: On Wednesday in the famous Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in the temple city of Tirupati the silver covering for Mukha Mandapam has started.
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam trust has approved the bill on 20-08-2012 for covering Mukha Mandapam with 380.220 kilos of silver which will cost Rs.1,42,18,514.
The temple officers has said the annual brahmotsavam in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple will start from 4-04-2016, Before that the silver covering will be completed.
Temple DyEO smt Munilakshmi, AEO Jewelry Mr. Rajendra, EE Mr. Parandhamam, Superintendent Mr. Uma Maheswara Reddy and other officers were also present at the meet.
