Central Ohio Sri Venkateswara Temple Mission:
Mission Statement:
SVTCO is a Hindu temple built and dedicated with all the daily services and periodic services performed as per Agama Sastra and established practices.
Vision Statement:
In the pursuit of the practice, preservation and propagation of “Sanatana Dharma”, the temple as well as religious and spiritual activities will provide inclusive educational and community services, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
Our vision is to first establish the temple of Sri Venkateswara (Balaji) and then build a Siva temple on the same campus, but as a different temple so that the two deities are in two different buildings. Whether these two buildings are interconnected or not has not been finalized yet. We will consult Aagama Shastra’s experts to make this decision at a later date and we will inform everyone when this decision is made.
