Fairfax Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple Facilities:
SVLT Facilities include an Auditorium, Multipurpose Hall, Dining Hall, Meditation Room and Class Rooms that cater for a variety of events such as Weddings and Wedding Receptions, Private Parties and Family Reunions, Anniversaries, Youth Programs, Shows, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Cultural Events (Music/Dance/Drama) and Business seminars. The Auditorium, complemented by classrooms, can host organization meetings and training events, large gatherings and di discourses.
A unique facility, SVLT lies within Fairfax County with easy access from Washington Metro area, conveniently located 1/4 miles West of Fairfax County Parkway at Braddock Road Exit. The SVLT’s superb facilities are available for rent, provided the event does not conflict with SVLT’s programs and the SVLT’s religious calendar. These Facilities are designed as a single lower level facility with easy access.
An elevator is available to accommodate the physically challenged persons.
A large parking lot is available and other parking for overflow, if needed, is nearby.
We offer ample furnishings (tables and chairs) to support different configurations and will set them up according to your instructions. Set up and take down of chairs and tables are included in the rental fee.
SVLT Custodian will be on hand during your event to answer your questions, respond to emergencies, and handle opening and closing of your event.
Promoters and event presenters can rent SVLT Facilities for a variety of events including concerts, lectures, conferences, religious services and educational activities. We are more than happy to discuss the possibilities with you. Please contact us to discuss the availability of dates and to get an estimate of costs. Tel.703 867 8407. Costs vary depending on the type of event, but will generally include facility rental and furnishing set ups and will be provided upon completion of signed application.
Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple Auditorium:
The Auditorium has a stage that can be used for performances, special events and musical events.. The stage has dressing rooms, stage lighting, and spacious with abundance of lighting and optional sound system. The rental includes the use of furnishings. The SVLT provides optional technical assistance for any function. The SVLT Auditorium seats up to 475+ assembly style or 300 banquet style.
Reservations: Because of the fluid nature of our Religious activities, reservations are taken up three months prior to a requested date.

Facility Rentals: SVLT’s Auditorium, Multipurpose Room, Dining Hall, Meditation Room and Class Rooms are available at reasonable rates. Five-hours minimum required. Multi-day event rental prices available.
Please note: A $250 flat fee will be charged for any rentals after our standard business hours.
SVLT Auditorium: Maximum Seating Capacity – Theatre-Style: 475+ people; – With Tables and Dance Floor: 300 people.
Rental Pricing: $550 for the first four hours; $150 for each additional hour; $250 flat fee will be charged for any rental after our standard operational hours; $35 per hour for Custodian; Sound and Lighting Technician fees are not included in the rental and will be billed separately. $1,500 for whole day (10 Hours).
Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple Multi-Purpose Hall:
Multi-Purpose hall will accommodate all your special events. Multi-day event rental prices available.
Maximum Seating Capacity: Theatre-Style: 200 people; With Tables: 120 people.
Rental Pricing: $125/hour for the first three hours and $100 each additional hour; $250 flat fee will be charged for any rental after our standard operational hours; $35.00 per hour for Custodian; Sound and Lighting Technician fees are not included in the rental and will be billed separately.
Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple Classrooms:
Rental Pricing – $120 for the first three hours; $30 each additional hour; $250 flat fee will be charged for any rental after our standard operation hours.
Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple Meditation Room:
Rental Pricing: $250/ for the first three hours and $100 each additional hour. $250 flat fee will be charged for any rental after our standard operation hours.
Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple Catering/Food Service:
Outside catering/food is not permitted. SVLT provides Food Service/Catering.
Rental Pricing: $125/hour and a minimum of three hours required; $100 each additional hour.
Note: Our standard operating hours are 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM.
