Camp Fees HATCC Member:
Session one: $125 per camper
Session Two: $150 per camper
Camp Fees Non-HATCC Member:
Session one: $150 per camper
Session Two: $275 per camper
HATCC Summer Camp 2018 Eligibility:
Campers: 3rd Grade and up
Counselors: 10th Grade and up
Drop Off: Monday – Friday: Between 8:20 AM and 8:30 AM
Pick Up: Monday – Thursday: Between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM
Friday: Between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM
Program: Camp activities are planned (but not limited to) Prayers, Bhajans & Slokas, stories of Gods and Goddesses, Garland making for the deities, Arts & Crafts, Sports & Games (indoor & outdoor), cultural program, etc.,
Hot Lunches and nutritious/healthy snacks are included as part of the camp package
(Children with any food allergies must bring their own lunches and snacks. This is for their safety)
Admission is lirnited to 50 campers and 25 counselors per session on a first-come-first-served basis
Priority Registration for children of HATCC Members is open from now till March 19th, 2018
Open registration for everyone is open from April 1st, 2018.
Application submission deadline is June 17th, 2018
Application, Release Waiver and Medical forms should be downloaded from the temple website http://krishnatemple.orehatcc-vouth-summercamp-2018.html or be picked up from the temple office.
Registration closes when all slots are filled. NO REFUNDS. NO SWITCHING between sessions.
Parent participation and help is mandatory (Please refer to the application form for details)
