Morning: 5.00 am to 12.00 Noon.
Evening: 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Sree Prasannanjaneya Swamy Temple is an ancient temple and was built in 15th century, Vijaya Raghava Rayalu’s dynasty.

This ancient hanuman temple is situated in kondapuram village 8 km from Gorantla Mandal, Anantapur. The temple was partially destroyed and was unnoticed by the people after the death of Sri Krishna Devaraya. Sri Karanam Vivekananda murthy from the same village renovated this hanuman temple in 1984 from then regular poojas and offerings to the lord has started.

The presiding deity Lord Hanuman faces west which is believed to be very rare and powerful. Devotes believe that childless parents who serve Sree Prasannanjaneya Swamy for 40 days will be freed from bad elements and will be blessed with children.
