Sree Parambanthali Mahadeva Temple History:
The sacred well found at the very bottom of the north-east side of the temple has some peculiarities. The well which spreads out in one on the top layer is being used for the needs of the temple and the priests. In the temple surrounding there are some other ponds used for the dead in the month of karkidakam and thulam.
