11 March 2015 Tirupati: The posters of Saint poet Tallapaka Annamacharya’s 512th Vardhanti Mahotsavam was released at Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati by the Tirupati Joint Executive Officer Mr.P Bhaskar today evening.
While talking on the event J.E.O Mr.P Bhaskar said Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is celebrating the Mahotsavam for a week as a tribute to Saint poet Annamacharya at Tirupati, Tirumala and Tallapaka from 17 March to 22 March in a grand manner.
The JEO recalled the literary services of the poet who devoted his whole life in penning thirty two thousand keertans in reward of Lord srinivasa and attained salvation.
The JEO stated, there might be Unjal Seva on seventeenth March in Narayanagiri Gardens at Tirumala the place within the Lord together with His two consorts grace this spiritual fete of his beloved Bhaktha.
“On this occasion renowned artistes Priya Sisters, Dr G.Balakrishna Prasad, Kumari Kanyakumari will also render Annamaiah kritis.
Apart from this the younger skills who have been chosen by the Kala Neerajanam platform can even be given a chance to showcase their abilities in all these three locations”, JEO added.
Special Grade Dy EO Mr.Munirathnam Reddy, all projects Dy EO Mrs.Sharada were also present at the event.
