Shri Narasimha Moola Mantra is a mantra dedicated to Lord Narasimha Swamy. Lord Narasimha is the fourth incarnation of Lord Vishnu to save his devotee Prahalada from the clutches of his demon father Hiranyakashipu. Lord Narasimha swamys head is lion and body is of a man. Lord Narasimha is also spelled as Narasimma, Narasingha, Narasinghar, Narsingh, Narasimmar, Nrusimha, and Narasimha Swami. Mostly the Vaishnava followers worship Lord Narasimha Swamy. Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy’s Consort/Wife is Narasimhi (Lakshmi Devi) and his vahana / vehicle is Garuda (mix of eagle and human features).

Panakam is the most preferred Naivedyam of Lord Narasimha Swami. Panakam is made with jaggery, cardamon, tulasi (basil), and ginger. Can also offer sweet prasads such as sweet pongal (made with sugar or jaggery), laddu, and traditional sweets and fruits.
What Flowers, Japa Mala to Offer to Lord Narasimha:
Holy Tulasi is normally used to worshiping Lord Narasimha Swamy. Can also white flowers such as Jasmine, White Champa, White Lotus, Yellow and White Chammanthi and White / Red Rose.
One can use rosary beads (japa mala) made of bark of basil plant known as Tulasi Mala or clear spadika mala for the japa of the Narasimha Anushtup Mantra.
