Veenavanka Venkateswara Swamy Temple is an ancient temple located in Veenavanka Village, Karimnagar district, Telangana state. This temple was built during 1053 AD.
Rastra Kutulu won this place and believed its because of Sri Vishnu and constructed this temple and installed Vishnu Rupa Lakshmi Narayana Swamy. In the 17th century, the Venkateswara Swamy statue was installed in the garbhagudi and hence became Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple. The lord here has a mustache.
The other sub-shrines in the premises are Sri Venugopala Swamy temple, Godadevi temple, Sri Vijaya Durga, Sri Lakshmi Ganesh, Lord Shiva, Anjayaneswamy, Naga Devatas and Navagrahas are the other deities in temple.
Poornima, Vaikunta Ekadasi, Brahmotsavam, Ganesha Chaturthi, Maha Shivaratri, Hanuman Jayanti, Ugadi are some of the festivals celebrated in a grand manner, a large number of devotees gather here to witness these events.
