‘Adhyayanotsavams’ festival in Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Tirumala started from December 31 and will finished with ‘Tanniramudu’ festival on 25 January 2015. This festival will be celebrated for 25 days.
4000 ‘pasurams’ from ‘Alwar Divya prabandham’ will be recited by Vedic pundits inside the temple of Sri balaji temple at tirumala.
The first 11 days are known as “Pagalpattu”
Next ten days are called “Rapattu”
On 22nd Day “Kanninun Siruttambu”, on 23rd Day ‘Ramanuja Nutrandadi’ followed by‘Varaha Swamy sattumurai’ on 24th day and will be conduscted with “Tanniramudu” festival on the final day of the festival.
