1. The Authority shall be constituted with the following members:

3. Minister holding the Charge of Tourism Department/Ministry – Vice Chairman
4. Chief Secretary – Vice Chairman
5. Secretary, Finance and Planning – Member
6. Secretary, Home and Disaster Management – Member
7. Secretary, Health – Member
8. Director General of Police – Member
9. Commissioner, Santhal Pargana – Member cum CEO of Authority
10. Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar – Member
11. Deputy Commissioner, Dumka – Member
12. Deputy Inspector General of Police, SP – Member
13. Mayor, Deoghar Municipal Corporation – Member
14. Head of Basukinath Nagar Panchayat – Member
15. Secretary, Tourism – Member Secretary
16. Member of Parliament of Lok Sabha Constituency where Baba Baidyanath and Basukinath Temple are situated – Members
17. Member of Legislative Assembly where Baba Baidyanath and Basukinath Temple are situated – Members
18. Chairman, Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board, or his representative – Member
19. Head of Panda Dharma-rakshini Sabha (located at Deoghar) and one more representative – Members
20. One representative of any existing society of Panda (priests) of Basukinath Dham – Member
21. Two eminent and distinguished Non – Government Persons, who evince interest in development of Shrine area of
22. Baba Baidyanath and Basukinath area, to be nominated by State Government, for three years. – Members
