With this the lord has taken joyful rides on five different vahanas from three days with number of devotees looking at him. Now on the morning of the fourth day, that is on Thursday morning the Lord malayappa Swamy had his colorful ride on a different vahanam. This is a sacred tree vahanam and it is considered to fulfill all the wishes and hence it is called as Kalpavriksham.
Importance:
This kalpa vriksham has a prominent role and importance in mythology as well as now a day. During the time of churning the milk ocean all the devatas and the asuras tried a lot for getting sacred nectar out of it, the sacred tree Kalpavriksham has come out. This is a divine tree that has evolved to fulfill the wishes of everyone. This tree has different names like Kalpadruma and Kalpapdapa and also kalpataru.
In Indhra’s Home:
According to Hindu Mythology, Lord Indra-the chief of Gods, has planted the Kalpavriksha that originated from the churning of the milk ocean at Mount Meru, within the middle of his total five paradise gardens. In Indra’s “Devaloka” it’s same that there are a total of 5 Kalpavrikshas, that are also known as Mandana, Parijata, Santana, Kalpavriksha and Harichandana, all of that fulfill varied needs.
Characteristic of Kalpavriksha:
This divine tree seems royal and exquisite having roots that are all fabricated from gold, Silver midriff, and the boughs of lapislazuli, and coral leaves, pearl flower, gem stone buds, and diamond fruits.

By taking celestial ride on this divine tree, the Lord Malayappa Swamy offers each of the worldly and also a spiritual blissfulness to all of His beloved devotees.
