There is no Kuja dosham present in Lagna and Chandra Kundali but just in Shukra kundali and that too is nullified. hence it is considered as no Kuja dosham or a very low dosham only.
Yes you can do the Kumba vivaha.
Your physical problems is just because you are thinking too much about your problems and hence pushing yourself into problems. Do not think about any thing too much as you by thinking too much wont get it done. When time comes everything happens on its own and you will also do it. But be aware of your need.
Daily wake up early mroning and do some yoga asans that will rejuvanate your mind body. It also makes your think on the right time rather than unnecessarily.
