Yes the temple is open.
You can perform on any days and raahu kaal time is auspicious.
Mondays is auspicious for Rahu.
No online facility, only in person purchase at the counter. No worry about tickets as you can get it if you reach one or two hours before the rahu kaal time if you want to do it in between that time.
Ticket cost – Rs. 300, 750, 1500 and 2500 tickects available.
Pooja samagri will be issued to you along the ticket that you purchase and you need not purchase any other pooja material outside the temple as the shop keepers may tout you saying something. So don’t.
The priest will announce in mic about what to do and how to do the pooja.
Observe a fast on the day you want to perform the pooja till completion and no non veg, have a complete bath, not require to discard you clothes or take a bath but should go straight back to your home only.

Perform Navagraha Dosha Nivarana Pooja either at Ghati Subrahmanya or at any temple nearby your residence with the Poojari after circumnavigating Navagrahas for 21 or 51 Saturdays. Offer gingely oil with sesame seeds lamp available in most of the shops near a Shiva Temple.
Do the above sincerely and try to get the Gods Grace.
Did you do Rudhra Abhishekam, if not then do it in any Ancient Shiva Temple on any Mondays.

Its an open counter ans hence need not worry about availability.
Ticket Cost – Rs. 300, 750, 1500 and 2500 available. Pooja vidhaan for all the ticket wont differ but just the place where you sit differs. 1500 rs ticket is advicable as it you can near to the Garba Graha.
Pooja samagri will be given along with the ticket and not is required to buy from outside shops, even they force you.
Follow Tradition dress code.
The pooja vidhaan will be explained by the poojari through mic and you need to follow what he says.
Pooja time – nearly 30 – 40 minutes.
Observe a fast till finishing the parihara pooja is beneficial.
First perform Pooja to Lord Pathala Ganapathy or one other shrine inside the main temple. Poojari will be available in the shrine which is situated inside the main temple. So you better do it there.
If you want to do the parihara pooja during raahu kaal time then you need to arrive the ticket one hour prior to raahu kaal time.
If you come by train then from the station you can get auto and charge nearly 100 for two persons.
Attending with all your family members and doing the pooja is beneficial.

Doing rahu kethu pooja for once is not that the malefic planet pleases. You need to keep on doing pooja and prayers on regularl basis.
Perform water Abhishekam to Lord Shiva either in your pooja room or in a nearby temple on every Mondays will give good result. So try to do this and if even you see the same then come and do the rahu kethu pooja on any Sunday or Monday raahu kaal time.
Need to perform Pithra dosh Nivarana pooja. So better visit Kasi and do it there itself for once then after do it once in a year in a nearby riverside temple nearby your town with a Purohith.
