Rudra Abhishek is a ritual where Panchamrut Puja is offered to Lord Trimbakeshwar. Lots of powerful hymns/mantras are sung. This is performed to fulfil all the wishes of person who get it performed.
This Abhisheka bestows prosperity and fulfilment of all desire. It removes negativity, cuts off negative karma and gives all round happiness in life.
The Panchamrut puja contains Milk, Curd, Ghee, Honey and Sugar.
Trimbakeshwar pooja is done for fulfilling our desires and for prosperity. It is a very special type of puja. This is performed by only local Brahmins of Trimbakeshwar at the temple .Puja bestows prosperity, fulfilment and give all grounds happiness in life. Abhisheka is performed by chanting verses of Sanskrit Sholakas ['Suktas'], [Rudra ]. Simultaneously, Lord Trimbakeshwar is offered holy leaves, holy water, honey, milk, curd [Yogurt] and sugarcane.
Verses are pronounced loudly by priests they are written in ['San-Skrit' language pronounced as sun-s-krita], ancient Indian language. There is a belief that this language is used for communication by Gods. Priests generally chant in this language. The vibration generated from the chanting heals the mind of listeners. In addition, the vibration gives the listeners peace of mind.

3) Maha-Rudra Abhisheka
These prayers are written by ancient saints to please God.
