Annamayya Keerthana – Raamudu Raaghavudu Meaning:
Rama or Raghava is the wealth of mankind, born in the Sun dynasty. He became the husband of Sita the daughter of the earth.
He is the supreme spirit born from payasam (porridge) drank after the great sacrifice performed by Dasaratha for children. He is the divine effulgence dawned to destroy demons to save devatas.
He is the spiritual form that great sages kept in their lotus like conscience. It is the effulgence that great hermits search and see. It is the most beautiful and the ultimate kyvalyam (emancipation).
He is the root and essence of the Vedas, philosophy and science. Rama incarnated himself as Venkatesa. He has neither beginning nor end, and he is the most worshipped deity.
