What is Kala Sarpa Dosha?
Kaala Sarpa Dosh is all about a faulty planetary position, with a snake-like formation, found in the person’s natal birth chart. In a dosha like this, the planetary positions are such that Rahu (head of the snake) and Ketu (tail of the snake) happen to fall on the beginning and end of the formation, respectively. There are many other ways by which Kaal Sarpa Yoga can be formed, the moon in the eight houses of the natal chart being one of the ways. However, there are no rules of thumb to Kaal Sarpa Dosha and it requires a good astrologer to study the planetary position accurately. The person suffering from Kala Sarpa Yoga finds it difficult life to lead a happy life. He/she suffering from Kala Sarpa Dosha has problems in married life, loss of money and constant health problems. The Dosha can be cured and controlled by offering prayers to Lord Shiva at some chosen destinations. Srikalahasti is one of them.
Rahu Kethu Pooja / Sarpa dosha / Graha doshas / Sarva Doshas Puja:
Rahu Ketu Pooja and Sarpdosha Puja are performed in order to minify the ill effects of yoga. Thousands of devotees flock to Srikalahasti to get the desired results through this pooja. Many of these pujas are performed with ascertained results for those who suffer from marital discord, not begetting children, problems in jobs and many long-standing problems. The puja is performed to neutralize the malefic effects of the planets and cut out its negative effect on the life of the individual.
Rahu Ketu Dosha Nivarana Puja at Srikalahasti:
Charges: Rs 500, 750, 1500, 2500 and 5000 Tickets are available. 1+1 adult 2 kids are allowed at a time on purchase of one ticket of Sarp Dosh Pooja. The charges are inclusive of the puja ingredients. A special Rahu Ketu pooja can be availed by paying Rs 5000 (excluding the Dakshina).
The temple is renowned for the Rahu-Ketu Dosha Nivarana puja; there are hundreds of poojas performed daily. Srikalahasti Temple is mostly recommended for Rahu Ketu Pooja than for normal darshans. As the temple hosts number of different poojas, there are particular counters selling tickets for specific poojas. People must bear in mind that the cost for special pooja is inclusive of puja Samagri (puja material).

Never lose your ticket as it is imperative to show up whenever asked or till you come out from the Temple.
The Pooja:
The Rahu Ketu Pooja lasts for 30-40 minutes, and it is always better to get the pooja performed during Rahu kalam. Unlike other pooja that consists of havan or Homa (fire ceremony), the Rahu Ketu Nivran Pooja is all done by chanting mantras for two metallic snake strips that represent Rahu and Ketu. Flowers and vermillion are sprinkled or proffered to the Rahu Ketu representing metals while the mantra is cantillated to complete the whole puja routine. Mantra recitations are also done in favor of one’s gotra, caste and janma nakshatra. ** No need to discard your clothes or having a bath after the pooja. You can go in the same clothes.
Best Timing to perform Rahu Ketu Pooja :
For Sani Bhagavan Saturdays are the best day.
For Rahu Ketu, Monday is the best day.
For Dakshina Moorthy Thursday is the best day.

Then worship Lord Subrahmanya – Subrahmanya Bhujanga sthothram or Lord Hanuman – Hanuman chaleesha daily and visit any of the respective gods temple.
Then recite Guru Manthra for 108 times daily or every Thursdays and visit Sai Baba or Dhattha swamy temple during Haarathi pooja. You can also visit the Jupiter Navagraha temple near Kumbakonam and perform pooja to Lord Jupiter on a Thursday.
Perform Rahu kethu pooja on a Tuesday raahu kaalam time.

Rahu kaalam time is best best time. You say coming in the evening so next day between 0430 and 0600 hrs is rahu kaalam time. So if can wait till that you can do or you can do it at any other time of your wish.
Ticket is available at the ticket counter only and no online booking.
Procedure –
After buying the ticket you will be given rahu kethu idols along with some pooja samagri which you need to take it to the parihra sthala where poojari will guide you how to do it. Pooja time – 45 mins apprx. After will be send to dharshan of Lord Shiva and Gnanprasunambika mother. That it. You need not buy any other pooja samagri for pooja as touts may insist you to buy you something. If there is no flowers in the bag then buy some flowers. Enough.

No you don’t have Kaala sarpa dosham or even Naaga dosham.
Just do as follows.
For once perform Rahu kethu pooja this month 26th rahu kalam time at Mopi Devi Subrahmanya temple. You need to rech this temple on 25th evening and stay there in the temple choultry for that night and next day first perform pooja to Lord Ganesha and then between 12.30 pm and 01.46 pm and then go straight to your home only.
Then at Home establish a Kesariya Ganesh and Hanuman Idol at your pooja room on an auspicious day consulting as per possibility and worship regularly or daily.
Visit Hanuman temple as per possibility.
Doing Surya Namaskaram after having a bath daily during sun rise time is beneficial.

Perform Kumbha vivaha on an auspicious thithi if not done it. Consult a purohith to get it dome.

Both of your Puthra stahana adhipathi planets are not strongly placed. In compatibility check everything is good except Mahendra and Vasya poruttham is not good and hence the delay.
Remedies
Perform Ganapathy Homa pooja at Homa first.
Then tell your husband to perform Rahu kethu pooja at Mopi Devi Subrahmanya temple near Vijayawada on a sashti thithi rahu kaalam time. You need to visit the temple the day before evening and sleep there for that night and next day sashti thithi do the pooja and offer your request to the Lord.
Do this pooja thrice with six months gap. 1st at Mopi Devi temple and 2nd at Kalahasthi and 3rd at Mopi Devi itself. At kalahasthi you need not stay at night. Come and do the pooja and go back straight to your home only.
You Bhavani worship Lord Ganesh (kesariya idol) at home daily and Hanuman. Then durga maa and perform Tila Abhishekam (possible Saturdays), and gingeley seeds lamp every Saturday or possible Saturdays regularly. Visit Hanuman temple also on regular basis or every Saturdays.

Vihaan has kaala sarpa dosh. Hence he has suggested to do rahu kethu pooja ever 3 yrs once.
Yes doing so is advisable.
Rahu maha dasa starts from march 2030 till march 2048. So before start of this dasa establish the Kaala sarpa yanthra with the help of a priest at your pooja room aaand worship it regularly.
But don’t worry this is a prediction and sincere worship of gods may bless your child.
Some other remedies –
Daily or regular worship of Lord Ganesh is must. Every time you perform Kaala sarpa dosha pooja first offer pooja to Ganesh and then perform rahu kethu pooja.
Tie him a Hanuman dollar or Subrahmanya dollar or you make a dollar made of silver with both Hanuman and Subrahmanya.
