Goddess Padmavathi or Alamelumanga is the consort of Lord Venkateswara Swamy. The three days Padmavathi Parinayotsavams will be observed from May 10 to 12 at Narayanagiri Gardens in Tirumala.
Due to the Covid pandemic, this annual fete has not taken place for two years. This year, TTD is ready to hold the celestial wedding ceremony in grand style and has already begun preparations.
On the first day, Sri Malayappa Swamy will arrive at Parinayotsava Mandapam in Gaja, on the second day at Aswa and on the last day at Garuda Vahanam, while his two wives will separate at Tiruchis. Later, artists from the Annamacharya project will perform Unjal Seva followed by devotional sangeet and Harikatha Parayanam. TTD canceled Arjita Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Sevas for these three days.
