Establish Kaal Sarp Shanti Yantra in your home and worship it sincerely, regularly reduce / protect you from the malefic effect of Kaala sarpa dosham. Need to establish with the help of a Purohith / Priest.
Observe fast on Naga Panchami every year or every Krishna Paksha Panchami that falls after ever Amavasya.
Also need to perform Kaala sarpa dosha nivarana pooja on any sashti or Krishna Paksha Panchami or Amavasya thithi raahu kaalam time at Mopi Devi Subrahmanya temple or at Kalahasthi.

First offer worship to Lord Ganesh – slokams, om gham ganapathaye namah for 108 times, then worship Lord Subrahmanya – om saravana bhavaya namah for 108 times, and then Lord Hanuman – Hanuman chaleesha.
Do the pooja as I said above daily regularly with utmost faith and your whole attention and presence.
It may be due to vaasthu or due to rahu prabhav (need to confirm this). Any way lit a sandal wood agarbatthi and place on the right side outer or inner place near to the door step daily in the morning as well as evening.

Then only you could pacify malefic planet like Rahu and kethu. In you janma kundali rahu and kethu are both placed in their enemies house and owners are malefic and hence it is said as Naaga dosham as per astrology. Also at present also rahu and kethu are present in 7th and 1st house respectively which is inauspicious but need to check about the enemity and House lord strenght. You need not harm any animal if your father or forefather harms or some how it comes.
Doing Naaga Prathishta is one of the best procedure for Naaga dosham. if you are unable to do this you can do the rahu kethu pooja at Kalahasthi itself on a sashti thithi rahu kalam time – its enough. Yes its enough. But it should be done at the right time and place. So that only it give good effect on the souls. Otherwise or sometimes may not. To perform this pooja you should have done at rameshwaram.
Perform shraddha for once again at Rameshwaram or since you performed you can perform Rudhra Abhishekam once in every year is also enough. This can be done it Kalahasthi or in any Ancient Shiva temple. If it Pancha bhootha sthala or Jyothirlinga kshethras give good result.
Doing shraddha every year on the given date for you is required for the betterment and not a flaw. Or you can stop for one time also but cannot say that the souls gets pacified.
When you come to Kalahasthi first visit Titupathi Thirumala temple and then visit the Kalahasthi temple and can perform simple Ganesha pooja first, next Rudhra Abhishekam, and Rahu Kethu pooja and then go straight back to your home only.

You have Mars placed in 4th house hence it is Kujha dosham. Due to this dosha one can get delay in marriage or unhappy married life or may leads to divorce in some cases hence the dosha is placed in Lagna chart. But doing remedies regularly sincerely only can overcome from this problems.
Remedies for Kujha dosham. There are two temples dedicated to Mars planet. One is Vaitheeshwaran temple and the other is Mangal Nath Temple in Ujjaini. You can visit any of the two temple according to your feasibility and do parihara pooja on Tuesday.
And you need to perform Kumbha vivaham. Doing this pooja reduces the dosha to some extend.

Did you perform kumbha vivaha.
1. Perform vrath on every sashti thithi. First worship Lord Ganesha by reciting OM GHAM GANAPATHAYE NAMAH and then worship lord Subrahmanya by reciting skhandha sashti kavacham in home or at temple. Then perform Milk abhishekam at temple only. Continue this till you find a good solution or even after your marriage.
2. 7 Shani vaar vrath – Dedicated to Lord Shaani. First worship Lord Ganesha and then Hanuman and then Lord Shani by reciting their manthras. Do not de this vrath 5 days nearby your periods. Till finishing this vrath do not eat non veg.
