Ingredients to Make Sabudana Kheer:
1 cup sago
1 liter milk
1 ½ cup sugar
4 cardamom
Saffron
How to Prepare Sabudana Kheer:
Soak the sago in water for 15 minutes.
Add boiled sugar and cardamom pods along with milk.
After this, add Sabdana in it. After a while add 1 cup of water to it and cook till the sago is blossomed.
Put saffron in 4 cups of hot milk and keep the kadhib for 10 minutes
Also, to bring color in it, beat it lightly and pour it into the prepared sabudana mixer. Serve hot.
