TTD officials have announced that the annual Tirumala Chakratheertha Mukkoti will be observed on 15th December 2021.
Of the 66 crores divine Theerthams believed to be located in Tirumala, the Chakra Theertham is said to be one of the most auspicious among the “Saptha Teerthas” (Seven) in the Seshachalam mountain ranges.
After the second bell at Srivari Temple, a team of archakas, temple officials proceed to the sacred Chakra Theertham, which is located on the south side of the temple in deep green forests.
Special puja and abhisheka will be presented to the presiding deities Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar, Sri Narasimha Swamy and Sri Anjaneya Swamy located in this sacred enclosure.
