Ingredients to Make Chatpata Aloo Vada:
2 raw bananas boiled, mashed
250 grams of buckwheat flour,
Rock salt 2 tablespoons,
Green Chili 4,
Coriander leaves 1 Lachhi,
Boiled potatoes 8,
Roasted and coarsely ground peanuts 1 small bowl,
Oil for frying
How to Prepare Chatpata Aloo Vada:
First chop the green chillies and coriander finely. Make a thick paste by adding 1/2 teaspoon salt and mashed bananas to the kuttu flour. Mash the potatoes and add green coriander, green chillies, peanut seeds and salt.
Make small balls of it and dip them in the prepared flour mixture. Fry in hot oil on low heat till golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
