Sri Siddhivinayak Temple is a famous Ganapati temple located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharastra. The temple was opened on November 19, 1801. The temple was very small, slowly the temple was developed into a huge structure. Vinayak Chaturthi is celebrated for 12 days in a very grand manner. The main deity was carved out of a black stone and is 2.5 feet high and 2 feet wide with a trunk on the right instead of left which is unusual.
