This park occupies 100 acres of area and it is located on the edge of Hussian sagar and in another way at the end of necklace road we can reach the Sanjeevaiah Park. From nampally railway station it is 7 kms distance far. The park is covered with beautiful garden with green lush carpets. You can find multi colour hybrid roses.
There is a fascinate rock garden with many different shapes and sizes of rocks. Besides this there is a beautiful children’s park which attracts kids to play and enjoy. This park is nicked named as Lovers Park because it is a favourite sport meeting for young couple. Opposite to the park there is a MMTS railway station connected by trains from secunderabad, Nampally, Begum pet, and Kachiguda & high-tech city.
The First Telangana Chief Minister Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao Hoisted the India’s second largest National Flag is 291-foot at Sanjeevaiah Park in Hyderabad. The flag was hoisted on Telangana Formation Day, 2 June 2016. The flag stands tall at 88 meters on the banks of Hussain Sagar Lake in Sanjeevaiah Park. The flag measures 108 by 72 feet. The tricolor flag weighs over 65 kilos. The Telangana government has spent Rs 3 Crore.
