Hindu wedding dates are calculated after Panchang Shuddhi or Panchangam Shuddhi. Panchang Shuddhi not only gives wedding dates, but also Shubh time to perform wedding rituals.
We lists all available Muhurat Vivah in 2018 by Nakshatra, Yoga and Karana Shuddhi every day of the year after reviewing the auspicious solar and lunar months.
According to Muhurta Chintamani and other religious texts like Dharmasindhu, the wedding rituals should not be performed while Shukra and Guru Tara are Asta (visit Shukra to Asta and Asta Guru for exact times and Uday Asta). Therefore, Panchang Shuddhi auspicious dates for marriage is made after removing the days when Shukra and Guru Tara are set or burned. Everyday during the lunar month jumped are also eliminated during Panchangam Shuddhi.
Muhurats only list those that prevail at least 4 hours and Muhurats in effect within less than 4 hours are discarded. Muhurats are calculated from Sunrise to Sunrise, and times beyond midnight are displayed in 24+ hours.
