Good news for Ayyappa devotees
Henceforth Ayyappa devotees can take Irumudi with them in the flight cabin.
The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security has cleared this.
A circular has been issued that after all checks at the airport, Ayyappa devotees are allowed to take Irumudi into the cabin.
However, this flexibility is available only till the completion of Mandala Pooja and Makarajyoti(January 20, 2023).
