The Avatarotsavams of Sri Ramanujacharya the passionate devotee of Lord Malayappa Swamy from 11th century who developed various ceremony in Tirumala temple,
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Alwar Divya Prabandha Project is celebrating from 14 to 24 of April across the southern states apart from Tirupati
Sri Ramanujacharya was born in 1017 AD in Sriperumbudur of Tamilnadu State, he was a great theologian, philosopher and scriptural exegete. He served the lord with devotion and commitment and spread about the lord all over India in his 120 long years of life. In 1137 AD Sri Ramanujacharya died in Sriragam of Tamilnadu.
Every year Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is observing Avatarotsavams in 10 main cities in Tamilnadu, Andhrapradesh and Karnataka.
This year the spiritual ceremony will be celebrated between April 14 to 16 at the below mentioned places.
Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram, Melkote in Tamilnadu
Bangalore in Karnataka.
From 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm a Special religious programe will be conducted at Sri Kalyana Ramanujacharya Kuttam in Tirumangai Alwar steet in Sriperumbudur,Tamilnadu.
From 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm Ulagarinda Perumal Sannidhi in Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu.
From 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Government Sanskrit College of Melkote, Tamilnadu.
From 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm Sri Radhakrishna temple located at Sanjay Nagar of Bangalore, Karnataka
From April 17 to 19 between 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Kothagullu of Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh.
From April 19 to 21 between 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Madhurantakam, Andhrapradesh.
From April 22-24 between 5:30 pm to 9.00 pm Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati.
April 22 between 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple located in BHEL township Tiruchi, Tamilnadu
