    1. Dear Jaganatha Rao
      Ticket cost – rs 1500, 750 and 350.
To buy the ticket you need to reach the temple counter two hours prior to raahu kaalam time. pooja samagri will be issued along with the ticket itself. So need not buy anything outside the temple except flowers if not given in the sachet.
Best days are Shukla Paksha Shashti thithi, or the other sashti thithi also and Chathurthy, Panchami, Amavasya and Pournami. If the boy Nakshathra is Ashlesha then doing on Ashlesha Nakshathra thithi is suggestible.
If sashti thithi falls on a sashti thithi then its best to perform on that day.
Or simply you can do the pooja on any Tuesdays raahu kaalam time.
Rahu kaal time is the best and if you are unable to reach during that particular time then you can do it any other time alos.
First need to worship Lord Ganesh and then doing rahu kethu pooja is must for the fulfillment.
If you sit in the pooja sthala then the poojari will recite manthras to be recited by you after him. So you need to recite those manthras after the poojar performing pooja to the two naaga idols give in the sachet.
The duration of the pooja will be around 45 minutes.
You can do the Nivarana pooja on behalf of your son or if that boy does the pooja then well and fine, better.
Doing Rudhra Abhishekam after Ganesh worship and before rahu kethu pooja is also beneficial.
      Om Namah Shivaya

    1. Dear Adarsh
If you can stay with a fast till the completion of the parihara pooja then you can observe fast (would be best) or if you cant then omit. No non veg for the whole day. Take a head bath before coming to the pooja is as usual and go back straight to your home only and take a bath and enter your home. First worship Lord Ganesh and then do the parihara pooja.
      Om Namah Shivaya
