Chant the Gayatri Mantra during Brahma Muhurath which is around 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM for the best and fast result. One can achieve a high amount of Cosmic Energy during this time. However, this may not be possible for the people who live with the present living style. So doing this at least before 05.00 or 06.00 Am would be better or can do it before sunrise and after sunset time also.

Chant this mantra after doing breathing exercises – Pranayama for five to ten times at least. This should be done preferably facing towards East in the morning and West in the evening and then sit before Mother Photo facing south and start reciting the Manthra 108 times. This gives tremendous results for the above-said diseases when in starting stage.

It is recommended to recite, repeat the Gayatri mantra 108 times daily or every Friday having Rudhra mala in your hands if you have it. Fridays are considered most Auspicious as it is a favorable day to worship the Mother Goddess.

The benefits can be reaped by practicing this mantra daily or regularly.
Remember don’t strain yourself to recite the mantra along with the Pranayama technique. First, read the mantra with meaning and practice and then when you come to know its ease then start doing before the Mother Goddess to bless you good health.
