Sri Balaji Arogyavara Prasadini Scheme:
Sri Balaji Arogya Vara Prasadini Scheme was started in the year 1994 by SVIMS, to accomplish the goal of making available sophisticated medical technology to every individual at an affordable cost and also to conduct research activities in the field of Medical Research. A donor can donate an amount of Rs.1,000/- or multiples thereof, to this institution, and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in turn will contribute an equal matching Grant. This entire money is being put in a fixed deposit in a nationalized bank and the interest accrued on it will be utilized for providing free medical services to the poor and the needy and also for carrying out medical research activities.
Uniform privileges for the donor of Rs.10 lakhs and above:
- The donor and his family (not exceeding five) may be provided free accommodation for 3 days in a year in a VIP suite having a tariff value of Rs.500/- or as changed tariff value as applicable for the said accommodation from time to time by TTD subject to availability.
- The donor and his family (not exceeding five) who donated Rs.10 lakhs and above may be admitted for Break/Beginning darshan for three days in a year except on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and festival days, subject to availability, free of cost.
- Twenty small laddus will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once a year during the visit of the donor.
- One Duppatta and blouse piece will be presented to the donor as “Bhahumanam” once a year during the visit of the donor.
- One gold dollar of 5grams in addition to one gold-plated Silver Medallion with the image of Srivaru and Goddess Padmavathi Devi will be given at the time of Donors first visit only.
- These privileges may be extended during the lifetime of the Donor in the case of individuals and for 20 years in the case of firms, companies and joint donors.
- Income Tax benefit as applicable for the said scheme is available.
- Ten Mahaprasadam packets will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once in a year during the visit of the Donor.
Uniform privileges of the donor of Rs.5 lakhs and above:
- The donor and his family(not exceeding five)may be provided free accommodation for 3 days in ARP counter in a year or in VIP accommodation on a payment basis subject to availability.
- Who donated Rs.5 lakhs and above may be admitted for darshan through Seegra Darshan in VQC–1 for three days in a year subject to availability, free of cost.
- Ten small laddus will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once a year during the visit of the donor.
- One Duppatta and blouse piece will be presented to the donor as “Bhahumanam” once in a year during the visit of the donor.
- One gold-plated Silver Medallion with the image of Srivaru and Goddess Padmavathi Devi will be given at the time of the Donor’s first visit only.
- These privileges may be extended during the lifetime of the Donor in the case of individuals and for 20 years in the case of firms, companies, and joint donors.
- Income Tax benefit as applicable for the said scheme is available.
- Five Mahaprasadam packets will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once a year during the visit of the Donor
Uniform privileges for the donor of Rs1 lakh and above:
- The donor and his family(not exceeding five) will be provided free accommodation for 1 day at the ARP counter in a year or in VIP accommodation on a payment basis subject to availability.
- The donor and his family (not exceeding five) who donated Rs.1 lakh and above may be admitted for darshan through Seegra darshan in VQC–1 for one day in a year subject to availability, free of cost.
- Six small laddus will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once a year during the visit of the donor.
- One Duppatta and blouse piece will be presented to the donor as “Bhahumanam” once a year during the visit of the donor.
- These privileges may be extended during the lifetime of the Donor in the case of individuals and for 20 years in the case of firms, companies and joint donors.
- Income Tax benefit as applicable for the said scheme is available The donor and his family (not exceeding five) are to be provided free accommodation for 3 days in a year in a VIP suite
having tariff value of Rs.2500/ – and above or as changed tariff value as applicable for the said accommodation from time to time by TTD. - The donor and his family (not exceeding 5) are to be admitted for Break/Beginning darshan for 3 days in a year free of cost.
- In addition to the above, the Donor and his family (not exceeding 5) are to be provided Suprabhat Darshan for 3 days (VIP darshan and Suprabhat Darshan must be on different days) in a year free of cost.
- On any one day as chosen by the donor in a year, “Veda Ashirvachanam” will be given by Vedha Pandits in Ranganayakula Mandapam inside Sri Tirumala Temple.
- Ten big laddus will be issued to the Donor as prasadam during the visit of the Donor
- One duppatta and blouse piece will be presented to the Donor as “Bhahumanam” during the visit donor.
- One gold dollar of 5 grams in addition to one gold plated silver medallion with the image of Srivaru and Goddess Padmavathi Devi will be given at the time of the Donor’s first visit only
- These privileges may be extended during the lifetime of the Donor in the case of individuals and for 20 years in the case of firms, companies and joint donors.
- Income Tax benefit as applicable for the said scheme is available
- Ten Maha prasadam packets will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once a year during the visit of the Donor.
Special Privileges:
- The names of the donors who donate Rs.1 lakh and above will be displayed prominently in the reception hall of the hospital.
- Paid rooms would be named after donors who contribute a sum of Rs.25.00 lakhs and above.
- For donors who pay Rs.50 Lakhs apart from the names in the list, a unit can be named after the donor.
- Donors who pay one crore, apart from the names in the list a blocker P.G.Hostel or Operation theatre or Nurses Hostel or choultry for a patient attendant can be named after the donor.
- For donors who pay Rs.5.00 crores and above, apart from the names in the list, an Auditorium or Specialty Block or any complex or Library Building can be named after the donor.
- A Chair in SVIMS will be named after the donor on his request who contributes Rs.1.00 crore and above. These endowment chairs are purely research-oriented.
- Further, it is to inform that the donors are also welcome to offer equipment, vehicles etc., to SVIMS or even sponsor health camps in rural areas towards extending Super Specialties Treatment to the poor and needy patients. The donor can also visit the Hospital by giving prior intimation to the Public Relations Department of SVIMS.
Donations to Sri Balaji Arogya Vara Prasad in the I Scheme are exempted from payment of Income Tax @ one and a half (i.e@100%) to the donation made under section 35(1)(ii) of I.T. Act, 1961.
