Advance booking, telephone booking, online booking, or money order is not permitted for any pooja. To participate, you must be present at the temple and purchase the ticket on the same day of the desired pooja.
To book the pooja and ensure it’s conducted during Rahukalam, you must be physically present at the temple. Arrive at least an hour or two before Rahukalam, and purchase your ticket from the designated counter within the temple premises. Please note that the pooja ticket should be utilized on the same day of purchase for maximum effectiveness.

VRATHAMS: SPECIAL POOJAS:
The following special poojas have been introduced to increase the income of the Devasthanam:
1) Chandi Homam

4) Special Ashirwada Darshan
1) Chandi Homam: Fee Rs.1,116/- timings 10-30 AM all pooja materials will be given by the Devasthanam.
2) Rudhra Homam: Fee Rs.1,116/- Timings 10-30 AM all Pooja materials will be given by the Devasthanam.
3) Rahu Ketu, Sarpa Dosha Nivarana Pooja: Fee Rs 300/-, 750/-, 1500/-
Timings 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM. All pooja materials will be gived by Devasthanam
4) Special Ashirwada Darshan : Fee Rs.500:00. Timings : 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
For Special Ashirwada Darshan, the devotees will be honoured with Shesha Vasthram, Jacket piece, Five Laddus, Five Vadas and small Lamination Photo of Sri Kalahstheeswaraswamivaru and Sri Gnana Prasunambha Ammavaru.
Rudrabhishekam:
Daily four times, Rudrabhishekam is performed to the Lord and the Goddess with Rudraparayanam. Devotees can participate in this abhishekam on payment of Rs. 600/-. Bahumanam Devotees will be presented with Seshavastra of the Lord and the Goddess besides Laddus, Vada, Pulihora etc. They will also be given laminated photos of the Lord and the Goddess.
Palabhishekam:
This is another abhishekam offered to the Lord and the Goddess. Devotees can participate in this abhishekam on payment of Rs. 100 (two liters of milk should be brought by the devotees). They will be given tirtha prasada.
Panchamritabhishekam:
This is an important abhishekam offered to the Lord and His consort. Devotees can take part in this abhishekam on payment of Rs. 300. Bahumanam Pulihora, panchamritam, tirtha prasadam.
Panchamurthabhishekam:
This abhishekam is yet another important abhishekam performed in the temple. Panchamurthabhishekam is offered only to the Lord who is a self-manifest. Devotees can pay Rs. 100 and participate in this abhishekam.
Sahasranamarchana:
This is a highly sacred seva. Devotees can perform Sahasranamarchana to the Lord and the Goddess on payment of Rs. 200/-. Bahumanam: Vad, Payasam, Pulihora.
Saneeswara Swamy Abhishekam:
This abhishekam is offered to Sri Saniswara in the temple of Sri Kalahasteeswara – Sri Gnana Prasunambika temple. Devotees can take part in the abhishekam on payment of Rs. 150/-.
Rahu-Ketu Sarpadosha Nivarana Puia:
Rahu Ketu Sarpadosha Nivarana puja is a highly productive puja conducted in the temple of Sri Kalahasteeswara, reputed as Rahu-Ketu kshetra. Those who are affected by Rahu-Ketu doshas, Grahadoshas, Sarva doshas, those who are unmarried, who are childless, and people who are affected with long-standing problems perform this unique puja to remove such doshas and get the desired result. Thousands of devotees who received good results after performing this puja come from all corners of India and abroad and continue to fulfill their vows repeatedly. This pooja will be performed every day from morning 6:30 AM to evening 8:30 PM. The Devasthanam will give all Pooja materials. Fee Rs.300/-, 750/-, 1500/-(only 2 persons(children exempted))
Nitya Kalyanotsavam:
Every day Nitya Kalyana seva is offered to Sri SivaParvati along with abhishekam to the Lord on payment of Rs. 501/-. Those who make permanent endowment of Rs. 5000/-for Nitya Kalyanotsavam can perform it every year on any day they desire (except during 12 days of Sivaratri Brahmotsavam). They will be given Sri Swamivari prasadam, Seshavastram, laminated photo of the Lord and Goddess and special asirvachanas.
Unjal Seva:
Unjal seva is a special seva offered to the Lord and the Goddess on every Pournami (full moon day. The seva is conducted in the four-pillar mantapam in the Achutaraya mantapam (Kata Mantapam) within the temple precincts on an elegantly decorated unjal (swing). To perform this seva in which the Lord and the Goddess are adorned with precious ornaments for seven weeks, the devotees may make an endowment of Rs. 5,000. Unjal seva is an ideal seva where the devotees can offer service to the Lord and the Goddess with their own hands.
Nandi Seva:
Nandi seva is another grand seva performed in Sri Kalahasteeswara Swamy temple. Devotees who pay a fee of Rs. 6,500/- can perform this seva on any day, they desire. Abhishekam will be done in their name besides giving tirtha and annaprasadas. The Divine Couple is taken out on specially decorated Silver Nandi and Simha Vahanam in procession at night.
Nityannadana Scheme:
There is no gift superior to Annadanam (donating food). Providing food to the poor and hungry is a noble tradition we have followed since the Vedic times. ‘Annadata Sukhibhava,’ say the ancients. One who performs this sacred service receives several crores of merits.
Sri Gnanaprasunambika devi Nityannadana scheme was set up in Sri Kalahasteeswara swami temple to provide free and hygienic meals to the pilgrims visiting the temple. No less than 200 pilgrims are provided free meals under the scheme daily.
Annadanam is offered on the interest accrued on the endowment made by the devotees in their name on any day they prefer. Devotees can send any amount not less than Rs. 1,116/-. Every year, on a day, Annadanam is performed in the name of the donor on the interest accrued on the endowment.
