TTD Online Registration FAQs :

Question. What are the Services available?
Answer: The Services that are available are: Hundi, Donation, Seva, Special Entry Darshan, Accommodation, Kalyana Vedika and Subscription (Sapthagiri Magazine).

Question. Who can avail of Services?
Answer: Only registered users can avail of Services.

Question. What is the age restriction to register and book a Service?
Answer: A user/pilgrim the age of 12 years or above is allowed to register and book Services. Children younger than 12 years do not need Tickets to avail of Seva/Darshan/ Accommodation.

Question. Does an e-mail ID act as a Username?
Answer: Yes, your e-mail ID used during registration is your username.

Question. What are the ID proofs being accepted for registration?
Answer: Anyone amongst the mentioned ID proofs is accepted as long as it is valid, they are:

  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter Card
  • Driving License
  • Ration Card

Pilgrim should carry the original ID proof of the copy that was submitted at the time of booking. The ID proof will be manually verified in Tirumala/Tirupati before the pilgrim avails the service booked.

Note: The original ID proof for an accompanying pilgrim is mandatory, in case of availing services.

TTD Online Forgot Password FAQs :

Question. What if I forget my password?
Answer: You can reset your password using your registered e-mail ID or Mobile Number.

To reset the password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
    Reset your Password screen appears.
  2. Enter your registered e-mail ID
  3. Click Continue
    A password reset link will be sent to the mentioned e-mail ID
  4. Click the password reset link given in the e-mail.
    You are prompted to enter a new password
  5. Enter a new password.
    And reenter the password to confirm the password.
  6. Click Continue to complete the process.

  • Special Entry Darshan can be booked and availed daily by a registered user, subject to the availability of Special Entry Darshan quota. However, there is a limit of two transactions per day, per user
  • Accommodation can be booked by a registered user 90 days in advance. The next booking will be allowed only after 90 days of the booking date last availed date, for Tirumala and Tirupati separately.
  • Seva booking will be allowed only after 180 days from the last/recent booking date.

Question. How do I check my booking details?
Answer: All the service transaction details are available under the ‘Transaction History’ tab in the main menu of the landing page, for a registered user after logging in.

Question. Will I receive any SMS or e-mail notification after booking Accommodation/Seva/Special Entry Darshan?
Answer: Yes, a registered user will receive a text message (SMS) and an e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address for all successful and failed transactions. For all successful bookings, an acknowledgment receipt will be e-mailed to the registered user.

Note: If a registered user books any service for others, then the SMS and email will be sent to the account holder also, along with the mobile number and email ID given at the time of booking.

Question. What are the payment options available?
Answer: Pilgrims can avail of Services (Seva, Darshan, Accommodation, Sapthagiri Magazine, Hundi & Donations) using all Debit / Credit Cards of Master /Visa cards and also through Net banking facility. Foreign Cards and Maestro cards containing 20-digit numbers are not accepted.

TTD Online Refunds/Postponement/Cancellation FAQs :

Question. How do I get my refund?
Answer: Refund initiation is at the discretion of TTD.

Refund on the failed transaction: If the amount gets debited from the customer account and the ticket is not issued, the amount shall be refunded to the customer account within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.

Refund on cancellations: Accommodation tickets can be canceled online and a refund of the base tariff shall be credited to the original source of payment.

Question. Is postponement/ advancement/ cancellation/ refund allowed for any of the Services?
Answer: There will be no postponement/ advancement for successful bookings or transactions. Only cancellation of accommodation is allowed. Please refer to accommodation FAQs for further information.

TTD Online Seva FAQs :

Question. What is Seva?
Answer: A pilgrim can avail of Arjitha Sevas of Lord Sri Venkateswara by booking ‘Seva’ tickets well in advance through www.ttdsevaonline.com

Question. Is there any restriction to book Seva?
Answer: Seva booking will be allowed only after 180 days from the previously availed date. Children below 12 years do not require a ticket and they can accompany the primary pilgrim.

Question. What is the dress code to perform a Seva?
Answer: All the Sevas require the pilgrim to adhere to traditional dressing norms.

Male: Dhoti around the waist and Shirt/Uttariya (upper cloth) on the shoulder or Pyjama.

Female: Saree or half-Saree with a blouse or Chudidar with Pyjama and upper cloth.

Question. What needs to be carried before performing a Seva?
Answer: Pilgrim(s) should come with original Photo ID proof, the same proof which was submitted during booking a Seva. It applies to the Accompanying pilgrims too.

Question. How many persons are allowed to perform a Seva?
Answer: For all Seva’s: A minimum of one and maximum of two persons are allowed. Children below 12 years can accompany primary pilgrims to avail a Seva without any ticket.

For Kalyanotsavam: Only a married couple is allowed. Children below 12 years can accompany primary pilgrims to avail a Seva without any ticket.

Note: However, this is subject to change if there is a need.

Question. Is a pilgrim allowed to avail Darshan after performing a Seva (any Seva) in Tirumala?
Answer: Yes, a pilgrim can avail Darshan after performing a Seva successfully.

TTD Online Special Entry Darshan FAQs :

Question. What is Special Entry Darshan?

Answer: A pilgrim can avail the Darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara by booking ‘Special Entry Darshan’ tickets well in advance through www.ttdsevaonline.com

Question. Is there any restriction to book Special Entry Darshan?

Answer: There is no such restriction. A registered user or others if booked by a registered user, can avail of Special Entry Darshan any day subject to its availability, however, limited to two transactions per day. Pilgrims can book Special Entry Darshan tickets up to 3 hours before the Darshan commences for a specific time slot. Please check Special Entry Darshan to know the availability.

Question. What are the reporting location and reporting time to avail of Special Entry Darshan in Tirumala?

Answer: Pilgrims are advised to report at ATC Car Parking Area, Tirumala. The reporting time will be mentioned in the receipt. In general, it is the time slot selected while booking Special Entry Darshan. However, TTD reserves right to change the reporting time and location if needed.

Question. What is the dress code to avail of Special Entry Darshan?
Answer: Pilgrims should adhere to traditional dressing norms.

  • Sarva Darshan (Free Darshan)
  • Divya Darshan (for pedestrians)
  • Special Darshan (Physically Disabled & Aged)

Question. If I opt for additional laddus, how many additional laddus do I get?
Answer: You can avail a maximum of 2 additional laddus. The system will allow the maximum number of additional laddus based on the number of pilgrims selected during booking.

₹. 25 is charged for each additional laddu.

For every pilgrim who availed of Special Entry Darshan, two Laddus for free of cost are provided.

Question. Can I book accommodation along with Special Entry Darshan Ticket?
Answer: Yes, there is a provision to book accommodation in Nandakam Guesthouse along with a Special Entry Darshan ticket, subject to availability. Accommodation can be booked only for Darshan slots 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Question. Is accommodation through Special Entry Darshan allowed for a single person?
Answer: No, Accommodation will not be provided for a single person. A minimum of 2 pilgrims is allowed to avail accommodation through Special Entry Darshan.

Answer: No, cancellation of Special Entry Darshan is not allowed.

TTD Online Accommodation FAQs :

Question. What is Accommodation?
Answer: A pilgrim can avail of the Accommodation in Tirumala or Tirupati by booking ‘Accommodation’ well-in advance through www.ttdsevaonline.com Pilgrim can book Accommodation, minimum of 1 day in advance and a maximum of 90 days in advance for Tirumala and Tirupati separately.

Question. Is there any restriction to book Accommodation?
Answer: Pilgrim can book Accommodation, minimum of 1 day in advance and a maximum of 90 days. A registered user can book Accommodation only after 90 days of the last availed accommodation date. Accommodation in Tirupati or Tirumala will not be provided for a single (one) person.

Question. How many persons are allowed to avail of accommodation?
Answer: Accommodation will not be provided for a single person. A minimum of 2 pilgrims are allowed to avail of accommodation.

Question. What needs to be carried for availing an accommodation?
Answer: Pilgrim(s) should come with original Photo ID proof, the same proof which was submitted during booking an accommodation.

Question. How should I avail Accommodation in Tirumala & Tirupati?
Answer: In the case of Tirumala: You should carry the printed receipt of the accommodation and approach CRO (Central Reception Office) counter in Tirumala. An accommodation slip with the guest house details will be provided at the counter. You should reach the sub-inquiry office of that particular guest house within an hour of receiving the accommodation, to collect the keys and avail of accommodation.

In the case of Tirupati: Please carry your Accommodation printed receipt and approach the guest house as per your reservation. Contact the sub-inquiry office and follow the procedure to collect the keys for availing accommodation.

Note: If a pilgrim fails to avail the accommodation within the selected Time Slot, there will be no consideration further for that booking.

Question. Can I cancel the accommodation booking along with the Special Entry Drashan ticket?
Answer: No, cancellation of accommodation booking done along with Special Entry Darshan is not allowed.

Question. What are the available accommodation options for booking through Special Entry Darshan?

Acommodation allotment will be done at Nandakam Guest House for bookings through Special Entry Darshan.

  • Question. Can a pilgrim cancel the accommodation ticket?
    Yes, a cancellation facility is provided to the online advance booking pilgrims. Cancellation will be allowed up to one day in advance prior to the accommodation date, irrespective of time slots.
  • After cancellation, the base tariff along with caution deposit (if any) will be refunded to the original source of payment.
  • No cancellation is allowed one day before the accommodation availing date, irrespective of time slots.
  • If accommodation is not availed on the specified date and stipulated time slot, only a caution deposit (if any) will be refunded.

TTD Online Hundi FAQs :

Question. Who can offer their contribution to Hundi?
Answer: Hundi offerings can be given by both registered and non-registered users.

Question. What is the amount limit for Hundi?
Answer: Hundi offerings are accepted in Indian Rupees only from a minimum of ₹.1 without any maximum limit.

Question. Do I get privileges for offerings towards Hundi?
Answer: No privileges are given for Hundi offerings.

TTD Online Donor Management System FAQs :

Donations made are accepted towards trusts or schemes. With a view to ease the process of making donations and availing privileges, online Donor Management System is implemented with the following features:

  1. Improved user interface in making the donation process smoother.
  2. Donors can make their donation to any of the trusts with ease through any bank debit/credit card and Net Banking facility
  3. Donors eligible for privileges can redeem online and book Darshan/accommodation in advance.
  4. Existing donors can activate their accounts online to get their digital documents like proceedings, digital passbooks and avail privileges through self-service.
  5. Existing donors having problems activating their accounts can contact / approach Donor Cell, Tirupati in getting their account activated. Ph.No. 0877-2263472, 2263727.

Process for creating a new donor:

An online donation can be made through the website if you are a registered donor. To create a new donor:

1) Register on the website with a valid email ID.

After logging in to the website, navigate to Donation Management System Screen to donate and complete the donation process. The Acknowledgement receipt appears immediately after a successful transaction.

Note: IT Deduction certificate and Digital Passbook are generated within two working days(instantly).

2) Navigate to the Donor Management System screen to redeem privileges and book in advance for Darshan/accommodation.

Note:

  • Online booking of Darshan/accommodation can be availed from 3 days to 90 days in advance.
  • Darshan/accommodation booking receipt is generated online for the selected date and donor must produce this receipt at the respective service points at Tirumala for availing the said service.
  • Entitled bahumanams can be availed by approaching the Donor Cell.

Guidelines for Existing Donor:

Existing donors can avail Self Service by activating their respective accounts online.

To activate the account and donate online:

1) Provide Donor ID/ Trust Name, Passbook number, valid email ID, phone number and identity proof details in the Existing Donor Self-Service form. Note:

  • The mobile numbers will be validated with OTP.
  • Provided details are validated with existing data and an email will be sent to the registered email ID with an activation link and password.,

2) Click the activation link sent to the email ID and log in to the website with the provided credentials.

3) Navigate to Donor Management System screen to redeem privileges and book online in advance for Darshan/accommodation.

Note:

  • Online booking of Darshan/accommodation can be availed from 3 days to 90 days in advance.
  • Darshan/accommodation booking receipt is generated online for the selected date and the donor must produce this receipt at the respective service points at Tirumala for availing the said service.

Entitled bahumanams can be availed by approaching the Donor Cell.

    this is srinivas from hyderabad, i have reserved accomodation for one day, iam coming through steps, is it possible to take the accomodation my wife instead of me, by showing any of the proofs
