What Pooja Samagri should I carry for Rahu Kethu pooja at Sri Kalahasthi?
The Pooja Samagri will be provided by the Temple Devasthanam along with the Ticket in the Ticket Counter. So you need not bring or buy any Pooja Samagri for the pooja. Pooja Samagri includes Two Naaga Padigas (Rahu Kethu made of Silver) one each of red and black cloth bit, Turmeric, Kumkum, two Coconuts, Flowers, etc,.
What is the procedure of Rahu Kethu pooja at Srikalahasti?
As on devotees who want to perform Rahu Kethu pooja Parihara Sthala (Hall etc,), you will be allowed to sit on a small wooden stool in line. Nearly a Hundred devotees will be allowed per batch. Then you need to spread the red and black cloth bits on the floor and place the two Naaga Padigas on the cloth. Then place the Betel leaves and other given pooja samagri beside you. The temple priest will announce you to break the coconuts and doing that should be placed one set each before the two idols. And then the Priest starts to recite the Manthra to be recited by you in mic. So you should recite after the Priest. The priest will also instruct you when to offer the other pooja samagri (turmeric/kumkum) and that you should offer.
Thus the pooja will go reciting the mantra for nearly 30 to 45 minutes and finishes.
After finishing the pooja you need to take the two Naaga Padigas and should be offered in the Hundi placed outside the Hall or where ever you sit.
Then you will be allowed to go for the Dharshan of Lord Kaalahastheeshwara and Bramarambhika Devi Maatha.
Can any other perform the Rahu Kethu pooja on my behalf at Srikalahasti Temple?

In Sri Kalahasti temple, Rahu Ketu Pooja is performed during Rahu Kalam timings. The best days to perform Rahu Ketu Pooja are Chaturthi, Panchami, Shasti, Purnima and any Ashlesha Nakshatram days. This pooja is also done on the days of Soorya Grahan and Chandra Grahan. Monday is considered as an auspicious day to perform this pooja. However, there is so much crowd on Mondays.
