What is Kala Sarpa Dosha?
Kaala Sarpa Dosh is all about a faulty planetary position, with a snake-like formation, found in the person’s natal birth chart. In a dosha like this, the planetary positions are such that Rahu (head of the snake) and Ketu (tail of the snake) happen to fall on the beginning and end of the formation, respectively. There are many other ways by which Kaal Sarpa Yoga can be formed, the moon in the eight houses of the natal chart being one of the ways. The Pooja:
The Rahu Ketu Pooja lasts for 30-40 minutes, and it is always better to get the pooja performed during Rahu kalam. Unlike other pooja that consists of havan or Homa (fire ceremony), the Rahu Ketu Nivran Pooja is all done by chanting mantras for two metallic snake strips that represent Rahu and Ketu. Flowers and vermillion are sprinkled or proffered to the Rahu Ketu representing metals while the mantra is cantillated to complete the whole puja routine. Mantra recitations are also done in favor of one’s gotra, caste and janma nakshatra. ** No need to discard your clothes or having a bath after the pooja. You can go in the same clothes.

Kaala Sarpa dosham is more malefic than Naaga dosha but Naaga dosham also shows the same maleficent according to some placements of planets.
Naaga dosham gives troubles in married life or makes delay in getting marry. One who has Naaga dosha should marry one who is also having Naaga dosham in the same house to nullification. If absence of this dosham in boy or girl horoscope after marriage would result in no child or lead to divorce.

If you could not do the pooja on Tuesday rahu kalam then you can do it during the pradosha time – 05.30 pm to 06.30 on Tuesday or Monday. If you also could not do the 18 weeks pooja then you recite the Rahu manthra daily for 108 times in the morning and then go to your office.

How could you expect result / pacify the malefic planets rahu kethu / rahu kethu dosha by doing rahu kethu parihara pooja for once itself. They are malefic and you need to pacify them twice of thrice or regularly till you see the result. No body pacifies for once.
Also check whether you have done simple Ganesha pooja before doing the parihara pooja. You should have done it for completeness. If not then what is you have done last is said to have been not a complete one.

Doing for once cannot expect the result. What is your sisters name. also check whether you have done Ganesha pooja or a simple worship before doing the rahu kethu pooja previously. If not it is said to be unfruitful. Do the pooja regularly. Also she need to offer lemon shell lamp for the Naaga temple till she see the change I mean till she get marry.
You sister has low manglik dosha also and she need to be performed a Kumbha vivaha – something like a replica marriage with a pot. By doing this vivaha pooja – the dosha can be removed and then you may get / do marriage.

Kumbha vivaha can be done in your home or in a temples place near / beside a river banks. It is a simple process as like a simple marriage. You consult a temple poojari nearby your house and ask him about how to perform the pooja. He will explain and with his assistance you complete the vivaha pooja. Don’t go for too much expensive. They may give you a big list. But tell him that go for a simple vivaha pooja. You can do it as much as simple.
Rahu kethu pooja can be done at Kukke Subrahmanya Temple near Bengaluru, or Sree Kalahasthi near Tiurpathy, or MopiDevi Subrahmanya temple near Vijayawada, or Thirunageshwaram near Kumbakonam. You can opt the place where ever convenience for you. All are famous temples only.
Try to do the parihara pooja on the dates below, if you could not can do on any Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

Both temples are good to perform the rahu kethu pooja. So you can do the pooja any where.
Lord Subrahmanya is the adhipathy lord for Rahu. Here in Kalahasthi the lord has all the navagrahas in his kavacha and hence go the auspiciousness to perform the rahu kethu pooja.
You need to do the rahu kethu pooja for once in every six months or once in a year for good result. So I could suggest first do the parihara pooja at Kukke temple and then the second time in Kalahasthi and thirdly in Thirunageshwaram performing Milk abhishekam there for Lord Rahu.
Remedy
Do Kaala sarpa dosham pooja once in every six months or once in a year. Do the ganesha pooja before going to attend the parihara pooja any where. Then only it is said to be attain completeness.
Also both of you recite the Ardhanareeshwara sthothram on every Monday dedicating to Lord Shiva or the Ardhanareeshwara swamy to get the blessing for a smooth conjugal life without mis inderstandings.
Also regularly recite the Subrahmanya sthothram on every Tuesday or daily to get rid of from the Kaala sarpa dosha.

There is no need to contact anybody for any sort of assistance.
The procedure is –
Your friend can do the Rahu kethu pooja on any Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday or any other auspicious days like Shashti thithi etc, during the rahu kalam time.
Decide a day to visit Kalahasthi Temple.
When you reach the temple, first worship Lord Pathala Ganapathy and the Ganesha inside the main temple if you buy rs 1500 ticket and then go and sit to do the rahu kethu pooja. Do not forget this procedure.
Reach the temple ticket counter two or three hours before rahu kalam time.
Get the ticket of your preference in person – Rs 1500, 750 or 350 for which the devasthanam will give you the pooja samagri for the pooja.
When you sit to perform the pooja then the poojari will give instruction to be followed in almost all the souther languages and some in hindi also. So need not to worry about having doubts of how to do the pooja.
The duration of the pooja is around 45 mins. Then you will be allowed to have dharshan of the Lord and Goddess.
Do not offer saashtanga namaskhara in the temple anywhere before or after pooja.
You can also perform the Rudhra Abhishekam (not compulsory but doing give good result) before doing the rahu kethu pooja. But if you planned to do the Rudhra Abhishekam also then plan and come to temple to get finish the pooja without any troubes.
After performing the pooja go straight to your home only and not to any other places especially to friends or relatives houses.
Not required to discard your clothes after pooja.
Go to home, have a bath and then start your work.
Do not believe any touts who tells that you must buy these pooja items for the pooja, hence it is not required since the samagri is given by the temple authority along with the ticket you buy.

You have a mild Naaga and Mangal dosha.
There is some compatibility which causing troubles in getting a child for you. The thing is low sexual compatibility with lack of attraction and adjustability between the couple with inseperable temperament.
You also install a Kesariya Ganapathi in you pooja room and worship him daily in the morning by reciting his sthothram or his Namas. You can refer this same page for how to worship the Lord Ganesha with his Manthras.
Remedy
Both do the Kaala sarpa dosha on a Shashti Thithi dedicating the pooja for Lord Subrahmanya also. Worship or do a simple Ganesha pooja before going to attend the parihara pooja. You do this pooja at Mopi Devi Subrahmanya Temple near Vijayawada. We give only the presence of any dosha and remedies only and to some extent of basic prediction. We cannot say about when will you get a job. As it needs deep calculations and checked thoroughly, then only it could be find out. No where we will calculate indepth calculations since we do not have that much of time. So try to understand.
Here is your basic calculations –
No kaala sarpa dosham but have Naaga dosham. So need to do Kaala sarpa dosha pooja. You can do this pooja at Sree Kalahasthi or at Mopidevi Subrahmanya Temple. Do a simple Ganesha pooja before going ot do the Kaala sarpa dosha pooja any where.
And you may offer a Lemon shell lamp in any Naaga devatha temple. If this temple is not htere nearby your house you can worship Lord Shiva during the Pradhosha kaala (05.30 to 06.30 pm) on every Monday.
Also worship Lord Rahu by reciting his bheej manthra.
You can better shine in brokerage business, travelling agents and jobs connected with it.
Monday, Thursday, Wednesday and Friday are favourable days for you, so you try on that days.
