What is Kala Sarpa Dosha?
Kaala Sarpa Dosh is all about a faulty planetary position, with a snake-like formation, found in the person’s natal birth chart. In a dosha like this, the planetary positions are such that Rahu (head of the snake) and Ketu (tail of the snake) happen to fall on the beginning and end of the formation, respectively. There are many other ways by which Kaal Sarpa Yoga can be formed, the moon in the eight houses of the natal chart being one of the ways. The Pooja:
The Rahu Ketu Pooja lasts for 30-40 minutes, and it is always better to get the pooja performed during Rahu kalam. There is no kaala sarpa or Mangal / Kujha dosha but currently in the first phase of Saturn Dosha since Nov-03, 2014 till Jan-17, 2023.

There is no advance booking. Just reach the open ticket counter before six in the morning to buy the ticket. Pooja samagri will be issued along with the Ticket itself. You should buy some flowers sold nearby the counter. Don’t ask anybody except the temple security if you need any direction. The pooja time takes 45 minutes to complete.
At present we do not have time to send you the Rasi detail and we try to send it later. Sorry to tell this.

If you come on that day first get the Ticket for Rahu Kethu and Abhishekam tickets and perform Rudhra Abhishekam between 07.00 to 08.30am and attend the the Rahu kethu by Rahu kalam time – 09.00 am to 10.30 am.
Regularly offer food to the Crows or fishes on a Saturday. Boiled rice mixed with Ghee. Worshipping Lord Vishnu, especially the form of Sri Ram, is also advised for Pitru Dosh Nivaran.
